THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GIVER ARE BELIEVERS READY TO RECEIVE AND GIVE!

The Holy Spirit is truly a helper as Jesus put it. I have always thought He is the head of the spiritual compassionate ministry in heaven, 1Corinthians  12: 7 -11 and  Romans 12:6-8 speak clearly than I do.

GIFTS BY THE HOLY SPIRIT To PRAYERFUL BELIEVERS OF CHRIST.

∆ The word of Wisdom ~This God-given ability to speak biblical truth to help solve life’s challenging issues.  like it happened during King solomon’s time in 1King 2:16 28

∆ The word of knowledge~ This God-given ability to understand and share great knowledge from the Bible and the
deeper things of God. a good example of this Biblicaly is of a man known as Apolos from Alexandrian found in Acts 18:24 or a friend I love so much Mzee Mourice  Wasike a man might in scriptures.

∆ Faith~ This God-given ability allows some believers to have unshakable confidence in God and
His ability to do great works that others cannot believe. because one pleases God with a strong faith Hebrews 11 :6 and a man with a strong faith does not need a victim’s faith to sort them out spiritualy.
your faith and that of around you is enough to perform anything under the sun Matthew 9:2

∆Healings~This God-given ability allows some believers to pray for the sick or injured and see God
perform miraculous healings. Acts 5:15 tells of what Peter’s shadow could do in this case, Paul too in Acts 19 : 2 shows how Paul was a heavy wait in this gift.

∆ Working of miracles~ This God-given ability allows some believers to seek God and see Him perform miraculous
works for His glory. like it happened with Alijah, Alisha, Jesus, Chief Apostle Peter and in recent days the likes of Ark Bishop Benson Idahosa who never preached in a meeting with any deformed man and they never got healed.

∆ Prophecy~ This God-given ability allows some believers to speak special words of prophecy, which
include proclamation or prediction. Proclamation means to speak for “edification,
exhortation, and consolation” (1 Corinthians 14:3). Prediction means receiving a message
from God, either verbally or non-verbally, containing a glimpse of the future.

∆ Discerning of Spirit~ This God-given ability allows some believers to discern false teaching and false teachers
quickly.   like it is well illustrated in first verses of chapter 13 in book of acts of the Apostles.

     ∆ Different Kinds of languages~
This God-given ability allows some believers to speak in a generally unknown language.

NOTE: This gift, often called “tongues,” was so abused in the church at Corinth that all of 1 Corinthians 14 is
devoted to overcoming the abuses.“Therefore, brothers, desire earnestly to prophesy, and don’t forbid speaking with other languages.
Let all things be done decently and in order.” (1 Corinthians 14:39-40)

∆ Interpretation of languages~ This God-given ability allows some believers to understand and share what someone
speaking in tongues is saying.Other spiritual gifts are mentioned in Romans 12:6-8 like giving, service and teaching amongst others.

ARMED SPIRITUAL SOLDERS ( VICTORS)

Below is a well elaborated arsenal for spiritual solders from Ephesians 6 :10- 20

NOTE: The belt of Truth

Roman soldier kept his clothing from
flapping and hindering movement. For the believer, the
belt of truth in God’s Word protects and secures our
minds from spiritual attack.

•The breastplate of Righteous

NOTE: The breastplate covered the soldier from neck to
thighs. In particular, it protected against a mortal wound
to the heart. For the believer, we are declared righteous
upon our salvation. However, our position of being right
before God must be followed by godly living. If we live in
sinfulness, our hearts will be vulnerable.

• Shoes of peace

NOTE: A barefoot soldier was not ready for battle. Roman soldiers wore shoes or sandals with spikes (cleats) on the
bottom to help with sure footing. Christians must, likewise, be prepared to share the gospel with others so they do
not slip and fall in the spiritual battle.

•The Sheild of faith. (verse 16)
NOTE: In Roman times, soldiers fired arrows (darts) that had been coated on their tips with pitch or some other
flammable substance. Thus, when lit on fire and shot at the enemy, they became “fiery darts” (verse 16). To defend
against them, soldiers held a large rectangular shield.

The enemies of Christians, likewise, shoot darts of doubt
and deception. To combat them, we need faith. Romans 10:17 tells us how to obtain this faith: “So faith comes by
hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Hebrews 11:1 tells us what faith is and Hebrews 11 : 6 why we must weld ourselves to faith.

• The helmet of Salvation (verse 17)

NOTE: A helmet protects the head and the brain, which provided a soldier with the ability to think and wage battle.
Without salvation, we are unable to wage a spiritual war against the evil one. With salvation, we can focus and win
the victory in spiritual warfare.

when the mind or brain is protected it becomes easy to walk along  2 Corinthians 10:5 and Philippians 4 : 8 among many other Bible verses about the mind.

• The sword of the Spirit.

NOTE: We are told very clearly what this sword of spiritual warfare is; it is the Word of God, the Bible. Roman
soldiers used their swords for both offense and defense. Likewise, in spiritual warfare, Christians use the Bible to
defend against the evil one’s attacks and battle spiritual forces.

Jesus himself to whom we are disclipled used the scriptures to fight the devil  in luke chapter 4. Paul had an easy time in Berea disclipling men of Noble character who read the Bible day and night Philippians 17: 11- 20.

THE ONLY FULL LENGTH SPEECH RECODED IN BIBLE BY APOSTOLE PAUL ( ST PAUL)

Although Paul never had the privilledge of living 969 years like Methusalah he showed a big diffrent between living long but empty and a short live actionable time.

for instance all that is recoded for 969 years that Methusalah lived is a three setence biography in Genesis 5:25-27,but for less than 70 years Paul wrote 14 books in New testament and traveled more than 50 cities without a plane on his apostolic jounerys.

I wonder to what Conners of the world Paul could take the gospel if he was alive today in this era of gets? Or are you dear Christian disclpled well enough to be the Paul of today!

FULL SPEECH

The God of this people of Israel chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they dwelt as strangers in the land of Egypt, and with an high arm brought he them out of it.
